いつもeyecandyをご愛顧いただき誠にありがとうございます。

レッスンやレンタルのご予約ですが、

長年利用の「Appy E-park」から2025年8月よりこちらの「hacomono」システムにお引越しとなりました。

会員様にはお手数ではございますが再度ご登録手続きの程お願いいたします。

2025年7月26日朝10時よりご登録及びご予約受付開始！

＜継続会員の方＞⇒ご自身のプランの【既存会員】をお選びください。　

※ご登録時に2ヵ月分の決済がされます（8月分・9月分）

※継続会員の方は８月中のお手続きをお願いいたします。

＜入会のみの方＞（都度払いやシェアレンタルのみ利用の方）⇒「プランを契約」から最下部の”【新規入会】eyecandy会員”をお選びください。

クレジットカード登録を求められますが、既存の会員様には『クーポンコード』ご利用により入会金はかからない仕組みとなっております。

※クーポンの有効期限が2025年12月末となりますのでそれまでのご登録をお願いいたします。（2026年1月以降は3000円の再登録費用がかかります）

※クーポンコードは以前いただいたご登録メールアドレスにお送りします。不明の方はeyecandypole@gmail.comまでお問い合わせください

　その他変更及び注意点

システム変更に伴い、継続会員の決済時期の変更や、予約ルールの変更がございます。

　＜継続会員　月謝決済時期について＞

2025年9月分よりクレジットのみでなく銀行振替もご利用できるように。ただしお申込みの締め日は以下となります。
◆銀行振替→前月の毎月10日　（例：9月分なら8/10)

◆クレジット→前月の毎月20日（例：９月分なら8/20）
の決済となります。クレジットの場合、万が一引き落としがされなかった場合は再度引き落としがされます。

＜プランの解約について＞
プランの解約は【2か月前告知】となっております。
例：7月中の解約申請→9月末まで（最終月謝引き落とし8/20)
解約希望の際は以下までその旨メールください。口頭やお電話での解約は受け付けておりません。

また、継続会員のお申し込みは「最低2か月間から」となっており、日割り計算などもございません。月極となりますので御了承ください。

＜プランの変更について＞
※アップグレード希望の場合⇒お客様自身でのお手続きも可能になりました。メンバーサイトよりお手続きください。10日までのお手続きで翌月より適応となります。

※ダウングレード希望の場合⇒解約手続きと同等になります。

Dear Valued Members,

Thank you as always for your continued support of eyecandy.

We would like to inform you that as of August 2025, we have transitioned from our long-used reservation system “Appy E-park” to our new system, “hacomono.”

※ Please note that Appy E-park will no longer be available after August 1.

We kindly ask all members to complete a new registration on the hacomono system.

💎 For Ongoing Monthly Members

Please select the plan labeled 【Existing Member】 that matches your current membership.

  • Upon registration, payment for two months (August & September) will be charged.

  • Your October monthly payment will be processed on September 20.

  • Please complete your registration within August to maintain your membership benefits.

✨ For Casual Users / Non-Subscribers

(e.g., those who pay per class or only rent the studio)

Please go to “Choose a Plan” and scroll down to select
【New Member】eyecandy Membership.

You will be required to register a credit card, but existing members can waive the enrollment fee by using the following coupon code:

  • The coupon is valid until December 31, 2025.
    Please make sure to register by then.

  • Starting January 2026, a re-registration fee of 3,000 yen will apply.

  • The coupon code has also been sent to the email address you previously used to register.
