■レッスン

＜予約・登録＞

初回利用時は利用説明を受け、利用規約に同意・署名が必要です。また、本システムのご登録をもちまして本規約に同意したものとみなします。

ご予約は専用予約システムよりお願いいたします。ビジター（非会員）受講、体験レッスン受講の場合でもご登録は必要となります。

予約受付は開始時間2時間前まで。ご予約無しのレッスン受講は基本的に不可となります

＜キャンセル規定＞

  • レッスン予約のキャンセルは12時間前まで可能。12時間を過ぎた場合は会員3,800円、ビジター4,800円のキャンセル料が発生します。

月額のプラン受講の場合であってもキャンセル料金は別途発生いたします。

（月4、月６の回数プランの方はチケット1回分消化。フルタイム・デイ・ナイト・週末の場合はペナルティとして上記金額が発生いたします）

体調不良など、理由の如何に関わらずキャンセル料金となりますので御留意ください。「当日キャンセル」がありますと今後のレッスン受講をお断りする場合がございます。

12時間前まではキャンセル料金は発生致しませんが、月10件以上のキャンセルがありますと次回以降ご予約の制限をさせていただきます。

＜服装・持ち物＞

●ポールダンスクラス

  • タンクトップやショートパンツなど動きやすい服装、タオル2枚（ポール拭き用、ご自身用）。冬場は寒いので上着やレッグウォーマー、レギンスなど推奨。
  • ポールに油分が残らないよう、レッスン前のオイルやハンドクリームの使用は控えてください。
  • ヒールクラス以外は基本的に素足で行いますのでシューズは不要

●ヒールクラス

厚底のハイヒールを着用します。お持ちでない方はソックスで代用可。ニーパット持参推奨。数に限りがありますが、ヒールクラス受講者に限りレンタルヒール/ニーパッドあり（無料）

●エアリアルクラス（フープ、シルク共に）

  • ポールダンスと違い肌を露出しない服装をおすすめ。身体にフィットしたものをお選びください。レギンス、Tシャツ等。素足で行います。

※レンタルウェアあり！　トップス（200円）、ショートパンツ（300円）、レギンス（300円）　手ぶらでレッスン受講可能♪

＜時間厳守＞

  • レッスン開始10分前に入室してください。レンタルや他レッスンの使用がありますのであまり早く来てもご入室いただけません。遅刻時は事前連絡をお願いします。
  • 15分以上の遅刻は安全面上受講をお断りすることがございます（その場合の返金は致しかねます）

《禁止事項》

  • 他の受講者や講師への迷惑行為。
  • 無断撮影、及び無断SNS配信。（基本的に拡散welcomeですが他の方の写り込み等ご配慮ください。また、アップの際は＠eyecandypoleのタグ付けをお願いいたします）

■レンタル

『貸切レンタル』は空き時間であれば可能です（6000円/h. ポール2本込。それ以上の場合は別途器材レンタル：エアリアル機材、ポール、各1500円/ｈ追加）

workshopやレッスン等にもご利用いただけます。撮影希望の場合は白幕背景・暗幕・プロジェクター等もオプション使用可。ご希望の場合はご相談ください

レンタル可能時間:7:00~23:00 ※深夜レンタルは行っておりません

朝9~12時はお得な3時間パック料金あり（平日6500円/土日祝7500円）

ご予約は予約システム、またはメールにて。「シェアレンタル」時間帯もご予約がまだはいっていなければレンタル可能です。

＜キャンセル規定＞

貸切レンタルはご予約時～72時間前まで50%、24時間前を過ぎると100%キャンセル料が発生します。

「仮予約」は御座いませんので予約確定時よりキャンセル料金発生となります

＜その他ご利用について＞

  1. 予約・利用時間
    • 利用時間には着替えや清掃も含まれます。入退室は時間内にお願いします。
    • 延長は10分ごとに1,000円追加となります。

     

  2. 利用目的
    • 個人練習や自主トレーニングが目的。営利利用やレッスン実施には事前許可が必要です。

     

  3. 設備利用
    • 備品は大切に扱ってください。破損や汚損の場合は修理費を請求させていただきます

     

  4. 禁止事項
    • 大音量での利用や、他の利用者・近隣への迷惑行為。
    • 火気や危険物の持ち込み。

     

  5. 原状回復
    • 利用後はポールや床を清掃し、備品は元の場所へ戻してください。

＜シェアレンタル＞

  1. 利用条件
    • 会員限定・予約制。定員5名。ポール1本又はエアリアル器材1点をご利用可。
    • ポール2本以上やポールとエアリアルを同時利用したい場合は2枠のご予約が必要となります（システムからはご予約できないので別途メールください）
    • 予約は開始2時間前まで可能。

     

    • 60分 1,650円／90分 2,500円朝（7~9時：120分）1,000円月額：朝 6,000円／通常 12,500円（回数無制限）※現在のスケジュールは確約されたものではありません。貸切レンタルやプライベートレッスン等入りますと予告なくスケジュール変更となります。また、満員の際はご利用いただけません。

 

  1. ルール・マナー
    • 他の利用者の練習を妨げないよう譲り合って利用。
    • 撮影は他の利用者が映らないよう配慮。
    • 使用後は必ず清掃お願いします、この時間も利用時間に含まれます

     

  2. エアリアル機材
    • 利用には事前許可と取扱いレクチャーが必要。初めての方はお問合わせください

     

  3. 記録・清掃
    • 利用の際は入口にある専用ノートに「名前・会員番号・利用時間」を記入。記入なしの場合は当日キャンセル扱いになる場合があります。

     

  4. キャンセル
    • キャンセルは12時間前まで。以降利用料の100％をいただきます。月額の場合であってもキャンセル料金は別途発生いたします。

     

  5. スタッフの入室
    • 利用中にスタッフが入室する場合があります。清掃、メンテナンス、事務作業等させていただきます。予めご了承ください

＜免責事項＞

  • スタジオ利用中の怪我・事故・盗難・紛失について、スタジオおよび講師は一切の責任を負いません。
  • 利用者は自己の健康状態を把握し、安全に配慮してご利用ください。
  • 設備や備品の破損があった場合は、修理・交換費用を請求することがあります。

■ LESSONS

＜Registration & Booking＞

First-time users must receive a usage orientation and sign the Terms of Use agreement.

By registering on the hacomono system, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

All reservations must be made through the official reservation system.

Registration is required even for trial or visitor (non-member) lessons.

Reservations can be made up to 2 hours before the lesson starts.

Walk-ins without a reservation are not accepted.

＜Cancellation Policy＞

Lesson cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made within 12 hours will incur a fee of:

Members: ¥3,800

Visitors: ¥4,800

Even if you are on a monthly plan, cancellation fees apply separately.

For example:

Monthly 4 or 6 class plans: 1 class ticket will be deducted.

Full-time / Day / Night / Weekend plans: a penalty fee (as above) applies.

 

Cancellation fees apply regardless of reason, including illness.

Repeated same-day cancellations may result in suspension of future reservations.

If you cancel more than 12 hours before, no fee applies.

However, more than 10 cancellations per month may lead to booking restrictions.

 

＜Attire & What to Bring＞

● Pole Dance Classes

Wear comfortable clothing such as a tank top and shorts.

Bring two towels (one for the pole, one for yourself).

In winter, we recommend a jacket, leggings, or leg warmers.

Avoid using oils or hand creams before class.

Classes are done barefoot, except for heel classes.

 

● Heels Classes

Thick platform heels are required.

If you don’t have heels, socks are acceptable.

Knee pads are recommended.

A limited number of rental heels and knee pads are available (free for heel class students).

 

● Aerial Classes (Hoop / Silks/Hummock)

We recommend non-revealing, fitted clothing such as leggings and T-shirts.

Classes are barefoot.

 

>Rental wear available:

Tops ¥200

Shorts ¥300

Leggings ¥300

You can come empty-handed and still take class♪

＜Punctuality＞

Please arrive 10 minutes before your class.

Early entry may not be possible due to other lessons or rentals.

If you are late, please inform us in advance.

For safety reasons, entry may be refused if you are 15 minutes late or more (no refund).

 

■ PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Any behavior disturbing to other students or instructors.

Unauthorized filming or social media posting.

■ STUDIO RENTAL

Private studio rentals are available if the space is open.

¥6,000/hour (includes 2 poles).

Additional equipment (aerial apparatus or poles): +¥1,500/hour each.

Workshops, lessons, and filming are also permitted.

Optional facilities: white backdrop, blackout curtains, projector, etc.

Please contact us for customized use.

Rental hours: 7:00–23:00 (no overnight rentals).

Morning pack: 9:00–12:00  Weekdays: ¥6,500

Weekends/Holidays: ¥7,500

 

Reservations can be made via the booking system or email.

If no one has reserved the “Share Rental” slot, private rental is possible.

＜Cancellation Policy＞

Private rental cancellations:

50% fee if canceled within 72 hours of booking.

100% fee if canceled within 24 hours.

No “tentative bookings” — fees apply once confirmed.

 

＜Usage Guidelines＞

Booking & Time

Rental time includes setup, cleaning, and changing.

Please enter and leave within your booked time.

Extension: ¥1,000 per 10 minutes.

Purpose

Rentals are for personal training only.

Commercial use or classes require prior approval.

Equipment Care

Please handle all equipment with care.

Damage or breakage may incur repair fees.

 

Prohibited

Excessive noise or behavior disturbing others or neighbors.

Use of open flames or hazardous materials.

Clean Up

Please wipe poles and floors and return all equipment to its place after use.

 

■ SHARE RENTAL

＜Conditions＞

Members only / Reservation required / Max 5 people.

Use of 1 pole or 1 aerial apparatus per person.

To use 2 poles or both pole & aerial simultaneously, book 2 slots (contact us by email).

Bookings accepted up to 2 hours before start time.

Fees:

60 min ¥1,650

90 min ¥2,500

Morning (7:00–9:00, 120 min) ¥1,000

Monthly plans:

Morning ¥6,000 / Unlimited ¥12,500

 

Schedule may change without notice due to private rentals or lessons.

 

＜Rules & Manners＞

Be considerate and share space respectfully.

Avoid filming other users.

Cleaning is required and counted as part of your usage time.

 

Aerial Equipment

Prior approval and handling orientation required.

First-time users: please contact us in advance.

 

Check-in & Cleaning

Record your name, member number, and time in the studio notebook upon arrival.

Failure to record may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

 

Cancellations

Up to 12 hours before = free

Within 12 hours = 100% of fee (applies even to monthly plans)

Staff Access

Staff may enter during use for cleaning, maintenance, or office work.

First-time share users must sign and submit the Share Rental Agreement (PDF) to the office (by email or drop-off).

 

■ LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The studio and instructors are not responsible for any injury, accident, theft, or loss occurring during use.

Users must manage their own health and safety.

In case of equipment damage, repair or replacement costs may be charged.
